Jenny Pacey

Jenny Pacey

Jenny Pacey is the definition of fit. The athletic brunette’s impressive CV includes being a leading fitness expert, sports scientist, a world-class athlete, celebrity fitness trainer, model, television presenter and writer.

Also known as Gladiator star, Enigma, Jenny specialises in long jump and represented GB in the thrilling sport of Bobsleigh at Olympic level. She recently stared Wonder Woman as an amazon warrior!

Jenny is a successful businesswoman an industry-leading consultant and global master trainer, and runs her own business, Pace & Go with her partner Wayne Gordon.

Jenny inspires, educates and motivates people to live healthier, happier and more active lives through her online programs, best selling fitness dvd’s, interactive workshops and motivational speeches.

Adam Wilson

Growing up as a gymnast a career in health and fitness was always on the cards for Adam. He has been at the forefront of the Adam owns and runs his own private gym Anatomy 37 in Kent but he spends the majority of his time working with clients and teaching seminars.

His passion for teaching fitness is clear when you meet him, known as “the kettlebell guy” Adam is an athlete, a highly sought after trainer and successful business man. He enjoys passing on all his years of wisdom to anyone on his courses, clients and his team of up and coming trainers.

Wayne Gordon

Jamaican born Wayne Gordon is an ex-world-class athlete whose impressive CV includes being a celebrity trainer, actor, model and sports injury specialist.

Famously known as ‘Doom’ in the hit TV game show, GLADIATORS, Wayne Gordon has also appeared in the 50th anniversary of James Bond “SKYFALL” and more recently Vengeance with WWE star King Wade and RED 2 starring Bruce Willis and is currently due to be featured in the USA TV show ‘Badlands”

Wayne’s lifelong love of sports has seen him compete in football, cross-country, basketball, volleyball and athletics at varying grades from club and county level. But, his biggest achievement of all was competing in the Great Britain Bobsleigh team for seven years to World Championship standard. Wayne continues to train 6 days a week, with a combination of weight training, circuits, sprinting, plyometrics and focuses a lot on movement matters which feels is necessary for a injury free body.

Tom McMahon BSc

Tom graduated with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth in 2014, he quickly established himself as a Personal Trainer in the south east of England. With a focus on sport specific training, in particular Rugby, he works with a range of clients optimising performance and movement capabilities.

Involved in sport since childhood, Tom strives to improve his own personal performance through a wide range of training modalities. As an active sportsman, he understands first-hand how being able to move in a strong and efficient manner is paramount to reducing the risk of injury, both for sports and non-sports people throughout life.

This passion and desire to optimise movement has led him to Stick Mobility. As one of the Stick Mobility Movement Specialists in England, Tom is excited to be part of the team that will be introducing this to Health and Fitness professionals across the country.

Paul Coker MSc MCSP

Paul is RockTape’s Medical Director and European FMT Instructor Trainer. He also runs a private Physio and run coaching clinic in Cornwall.

When not at work he spends most of his time relaxing with his family, chasing waves to feed his surfing habit or running the coastal paths. Paul qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

He then worked for the NHS in a variety of settings, gaining a broad base of experience in all aspects of physiotherapy, before specialising in treating musculoskeletal conditions.

In 2006 he completed a Master’s degree in Manual Therapy from UWA in Western Australia, where he graduated with a high distinction. Paul has worked in private practice both in the UK and New Zealand, his special interests include; management of running and sports injuries, manual therapy and manipulation, soft tissue release techniques movement as medicine.

Richie Inskip

Following early retirement from professional rugby due to injury Richie took a degree in Sport and Exercise Science to learn as much as possible about sporting performance and how we move. After graduating he carved out a successful career within the board sport lifestyle industry working with large brands like Quicksilver.
After 15 years within this industry Richie stepped back into the health and fitness and now works with athletes within board sports helping them learn about their body’s and improve their performance. He has provided medical and sports therapy care at the VANS Skateboard World Park Series Championships and last year was appointed the head of Health and Fitness for the UK surfing governing body, Surfing England.

Richie’s passion still very much lies within Surfing and Skating and he travels the world as much as possible in search of perfect waves. When he is back in the UK Richie has his own practice (@MSD_ProSportTherapy) and also works with the Scholar Athlete program at Bournemouth University.

Richie is a Rocktape ambassador within the board sports market, an accredited Rockdoc (FMT 2 and IASTM), a level 3 Ginastica Natural coach, level 4 PT and level 5 sports massage and soft tissue therapist.

Dr Robert Crowley BSc DC

Originally from Chicago in the US, Robert has been in practice as a chiropractor for over 10 years.

He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois in Chicago and went on to The National University of Health Sciences in America to complete his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.

Robert practised in America for over 5 years, and has experience working in a multi-disciplinary setting alongside Physical Therapists and Medical Doctors.

He has been practising in the UK for the past 6 years and he is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and European Chiropractic Union, he currently works in private practice in Norwich. Robert is involved in Crossfit in his spare time both assisting Crossfit athletes and competing himself.

Sonia Fierro

Sonia is a qualified Sports Therapist and S&C Coach with experience in performance enhancement and injury rehabilitation. She specialises in late stages rehabilitation, bridging the gap between the treatment rooms and the gym floor; she treats athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to get back to activity after injury or want to get rid of chronic pain. She has a deep interest for movement patterns and motor control development, which she uses in combination with soft tissue treatments. She believes in movement above all treatment modalities.

Sonia has been 3 times national champion in Roller Figure Skating and competed at national level in Track and Field in her youth days. She’s recently taken on Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting where she won the 2015 London and SE Championship and more recently she has been competing in Powerlifting.

Sonia is currently undertaking a Masters in Osteopathy as well as advancing her knowledge working toward qualifications in Nutrition, S&C and the FIFA Sports Medicine Diploma.
